My Iphone 3g is unlocked and connects to edge using tmobile. When I try to connect to itunes it tells me the SIM is unsupported. Is there some way around this.
Please help :-)
**i took the sim out and it still says it has issues" no sim installed please install"

I jailbusted my sons Iphone he bought from a friend that got a new 3G, and having same problem.
He did a 2.2 upgrade on the iphone first with the orginal owners AT&T sim on our home PC as a new phone on iTunes.
I jailbroke it, and it works fine but.. When he tries to connect to iTunes it says invalid sim or something like that. How can I delete the phone from itunes or what can he do?
