Syncing Unlocked Iphone to Another Computer

ok so pretty much i got an unlocked iphone that was synced to one computer and im trying to get it synced to mine, but of course to do that i have to delete everything to sync it to my computer. when it says to delete everything and sync does that mean that my phone will relock itself or can i do it and keep my phone unlocked? thanks

shouldn't lock unless you restore or upgrade firmware. just sync media.
