there's no current method for downgrading the BASEBAND.. you can downgrade the firmware but the baseband has already been updated.

Actually, I"m in luck. Now they are saying the new unlock will work for 2.28 baseband. I'm hoping.

I had no idea that the new baseband sops all unlocks from working. I've read alot of "google" articles related to the subject, and I have not found any that actually worked to downgrade the baseband.

If you know of any, I'm willing to try it. Please let me know and thanks in advance

Gevey 3g has released a new update called Gevey Plus 2. It's currently in Beta but it can work with 2.2 and 02.28.00 firmware and even airplane mode! Check it out on ebay, only $15
