Will This 3G iphone relock after update

Hey,

I bought my 3G 16 Gb iphone unlocked from Rogers, since it was sold unlocked from the carrier will it relock after i update to 2.2. Keep in mind that when i took it out the box, all i did was put in my sim card and it worked (no activation).

If its unlocked officially by Apple, then Apple's not going to lock it on you.

Not that I can pull up at the moment,

But its unlocked via Apple, and their not gonna prevent you from upgrading the firmware on their iphone that they unlocked. If thats makes sense.
