hi on my iphone the bluetooth and the wifi is grey out. the wifi says n/a and the bluetooth adress is all (0). the iccid is blank. the firmware is 2.2 but modem firmware is 04.05.04. also one important thing is that the battery never charges, it always stops around 10% or something and when u plug the to charge and the phone is on it makes a high high pitch sound than stops. let me know $if u know what to do or is the phone dead?

man this is a first, lol, i haven't seen or heard about the problem. is it 2g or 3g?, i assume is 2, cuz the baseband. hmm, have u try to restore it? give it a try see problem fix. if not there may be a problem with the logic board. which u can buy one from 100bucks to 160. that's may be don't take my word for it, i will look into it for u. see what i find out, i post it here again.
