    Default Universal SIM ( i dont have paypal)

    I want to buy one directly with my visa, I dont have paypal and no ebay. Anyone know of a safe secure reseller?

    why dont you just register your visa with paypal...it takes like no time at all dude.

    there's no one selling it locally? Try Kijiji or craigslist. You can just meet up in person and pay cash.
