OKAY SO WHAT I WANT TO DO IS..

-UNLOCK MY iPHONE 3G..& EXACTLY WHAT CAN I DO AFTER I UNLOCK IT? WILL THAT ALSO UNLOCK THE KEYBOARD SO THAT AUTO-COMPLETE CAN BE TURNED OFF AND WILL I BE ABLE TO TYPE IN LANDSCAPE?

IF SOMEBODY CAN PLEASE WALK ME THROUGH STEP BY STEP HOW TO DO THIS, THAT WOULD BE GREAT!

you cant unlock the phone. i think what your talking about is "jailbreaking" and you can do that with the tutorial below. unlocking would mean that you can use your 3g on like tmobile. if you want to be able to turn off auto correction and all that just start with the jailbreak and we will help you from there. click on the link below to get started

he thinks that i am just posting things to get my post count up. so he calls me a posting whore. he gets upset whenever we post at like the same time too. sometimes i get half way through a post and then get a call (im working) so i cant post it. then when i post he already posted something thats like the same so he gets all pissed. if admin had an issue with it they would tell me. im hoping he gets over it soon

do the same thing. if his is already running 2.1 firmware just pop it in and run quickpwn. to disable the keyboard auto correction download CToggle from cydia and then it will be in your keyboard settings in the normal settings app. please feel free to ask more questions.

yeah no problem. about your landscape mode...there is an app in the appstore that will do it for email and as far as for SMS there are a few options you will have..i realsms, mysms, biteSMS, SMSD blah blah blah. just find the one you like.

Theres actually 5-6 email apps that provide landscape typing.

i heard that only like one of them was really worth getting. i personally dont care myself though. AND i learn new stuff DAILY here so im always open to be corrected.....unless being called a posting whore. hahahahahaha

okay so on cydia..there are a lot of app/features whatever you they are called that i want but when i try to install them nothing shows up on my phone or anything..am i doing something wrong?? Can somebody help me!
