I used Quickpwn (with an AT&T SIM card in the phone) and it went well but in the end is still locked (I tried using a different SIM also from AT&T but not activated on an iPhone) and I get the "Connect to iTunes" and "Detected different SIM card" message.I do have the Installer,Cydia and BootNeuter on the screen but it doesn't look to be unlocked.Is there other way to unlock using windows ? Thank you

Try to re quickpwn it with the Sim card you plan on using in it the whole time. or try downloading and restoring with a custom 2.1 firmware and see if that fixes it.
