I know you guys are sick of this question, but plz help.
Hey guys, this is my problem.
Well, my friend from work had a new 3g iphone through cingular running 2.1 software.
Anyways, he dropped it and the screen cracked. He decided to go back to sprint after he did that.
I asked him to borrow the iPhone to see if I could unlock it. I downloaded quickpwn and I jailbroke it. I have t-mobile. Everytime I put my sim card, nothing happens, the signal bar just goes to lines. Is there an actual unlock for it because I love this iphone and I really want to use it. Please help. Thanks

If you knew we are so sick of the question, you should have searched and seen that there was no unlock for the 3G yet.

Hi Joebobbrigga,
you definitely need a sim card if you want to unlock that iphone. You can check Unlock iPhone 3G - Instant Unlock any iPhone for tested sim card. Also you can see there a video depicting how to insert the card in your iphone."Apple a day keeps the doctor away"
