Iphone 2g Unlocking Problem

Ok, So I bought an unlocked Iphone off my friend, It worked perfectly fine for about 2 months, Then one night I was installing programs via Cydia and my phone frooze at the apple logo when I would reboot it.

I had 2.0 firmware on it, So I tried updating to 2.1, my phone was still stuck at the apple logo. So then I just went ahead and did a full restore with itunes. Now my phone stays at the emergency call screen and I can't get anywhere past that. I can make and recive calls. And I'm sure my phone is still unlocked because it says T-Mobile at the top. But I don't really know what I did to the phone. And I'm not really to sure where I'm at since I don't know much about unlocking phones.

Anyone have a solution?
