After using "clean all sources" I can no longer add any!

I was doing a source clean because I had too many sources and refreshing the sources was becoming a hassle. I used that source cleaner app and it crashed right in the middle. Now I can't add or remove any sources. I can't even get into the sources tab in installer. The sources tab is gray and I can't get into it. Anyone have any idea what happened or what I should do?

Restore to 2.1 and use Cydia instead.
