I just did this. Assuming you're on Windows. Just use Winpwn. I upgraded a 1.1.4 straight to 2.0.2 with custom firmware from Winpwn.

Before you pwn it, make sure you plug in to iTunes to back up your contacts.

Awesome, I am on windows, I'll try this soon. How do I obtain the custom firmware. I create it within winPwn? So this is as east as said, huh?

I have 2g iphone unlocked with v1.1.4 and i want to upgrade to v2.02 do i have to restore to v2.02 first and after that unlock and jailbreak or i just unlock and jailbreak straight from v1.1.4 to v2.02 with the custom firmware v2.02 and do i have to put the tmobile simcard in when doing the unlock.
And using Winpwn or Quickpwn which one is better? Thanks
