yes, that is me. i purchased a turbosim from ebay and he also claimed it would work on 2.1. as you can see, it doesnt. and if it does connect, it will stay connected for a day or two and then NO SERVICE.

how do you I what firmware you have ? is it written somewhere in the box ? I haven't turned on my phone

I have a 3G and it works perfectly fine for me...safari, youtube..everything works smoothly...with my Turbosim...

maybe you got a bogus one..

This thread is a bit misleading. If it works sometimes and then you get no service you have 1 of two problems. You are either getting a bad contact somewhere (which is common with these sim unlock fixes) or you just have a bad turbosim. This DOES NOT mean turbosim doesn't work. Making that statement implies that it should work for nobody EVER. I had the same issue you are having with the 2G phone and swapping it out for another turbosim fixed it.

bro please reply to my question. did you ever activate your phone first before using turbosim ? I have this brand new iphone, I believe it hasn't been activated.

well i been using my turbosim on my 3g for around 2 weeks and i havent had any problems, i think that u have a broken sim. That happen to me at first, then they send me a replacement and its still working like a charm......
