no service

hi i have iphone 16gb 2g i am using it on 2.0.1 i upgraded it to 2.0,2 and now it says no service i have tried it to 1.1.4 , 2.0 2.0.1 2.0.2 2.1 but none of those or working it drops connection and says no services i am sick of it can any body heklp me out

I also have the 2g and I upgrade with the

" Dev Firmware version 2.2 "

I also have NO SERVICE on my phone.

I am in Canada with Fido. Is there any way that we can make the phones see the sim cards?
