2G phone - service with att sim / NO service with T-mo sim

Pwnage done properly as the Wiki indicates, (more than once, mind you) and cannot get service with the t-mo sim.

Any ideas?

With the ATT sim, 5 bars (on the left)

With the Tmobile sim, NADA. (still on the left)

Tried Pwnage and quickpwn both.
