iTunes "Not processing any new activations at this time"

Is anyone else seeing this? I was trying to restore, and now can't activate. It just shows a huge pic of an iPhone and says they aren't processing any new activations, and I should try again later. I have never seen this before...

I just restored my wifes phone, still syncing now all was aok, first time!
Give it another go.
