I can't install anything on my phone I used quickpwn and when I go into cydia and I click on something I want to install it on my phone for example I want airhorn I press install then as the next screen appers I have the 2options to confirm and cancel and I can't touch any of them only on the top of that app along with the other apps from the istore but any of the other stock apps like text or the iPod stock app I can touch the very top of the page but no other apps I can do it to please help I'm getting ready to give it away and I have tried to redo the quickpwn like 3 differnt times and still nothing please help
