Question about upgrading to 1.1.3

I currently have an unlocked 1.1.2 iphone, running ok. I was considering upgrading to 1.1.3 with the upgrader from conceited software. Taking into consideration that i am from romania, and that i used iworld to be able to the phone function, will i need to use iworld on 1.1.3 or will it run naturally?

Anyone? I have to mention that when i used iworld in 1.1.2 i selected romania and all was fine. Is there an iWorld for 1.13? Or it's not necessary?
