Which unlocker tool do I need?

There's 3 that were released probably over the last week - and I don't know which I need to run to unlock my phone.

My 3rd, 4th, and 5th digits in my serial are 741.

My modem firmware is 04.02.13_G

My bootloader version is 3.9_M3S2.
