1.1.3 unlocked and worked but then ...

Hi I got my Iphone which had the 1.1.3 version loaded unlocked locally.

I used the phone to call and used other features. I noticed it is now downgraded to 1.1.2. However after sometime my outgoing calls are not working but i can receive calls and send sms etc.

Is there anything i can do to get it to work again w/o needing to go back to the person ?

Same thing used to happen to me, however if you go to settings > phone; and toggle the call forwarding, call waiting, show my caller ID and TTY options on and off a couple of times the issue is resolved.
