HELP!! 2g iPhone 1/300MB left , Turned it off but its NOT TURNING BACK ON!!

Hi,
My jailbroken iphone is stuck when i turn it on, on the APPLE LOGO screen, i tried leaving it for like a long time maybe it would start but it just heats up n doesn. I have tired using the "power" button + "home" button technique but it doesn work!
last time i checked i had 1/300 MB in iPhone memory i wanted to clear it up but now i cant without WINSCP. I think if i just clear up the System memory it will start fine! hope someone can help!
