iphone wont sync to itunes after unlock and jail break
Hey there, I have jailbroken and used cydia and bootneuter to unlock it. Problem is that the phone will recognize the Tmobile sim but only make emergency calls screen comes on...no apps screen. Also itunes will not let me sync with the TMO sim. I know I must be missing somthing but I cant figure it out.
Is this a 2G or 3G iPhone? If its 2G follow these steps :
Use QuickPwn to get it jailbroken on 2.0.1 firmware, then use WinPwn and create a custom firmware and restore it to that. Here is a link to the guide for unlocking and activating your 2.0.1 firmware using WinPwn after QuickPwn :
i have figured out I was using the wrong ispw when restoring on itunes. I wasnt using the custom one. So if anyone is haveing an issue...make sure you save the custom one when you can find it. But now that i have discovered my dumb mistake...it works great.
