Unlocked iPhone 1.1 version Need help

Hi everyone Im new here and just recently got an iphone. I bought an unlock iphone and whenever i tried to put connect it to my computer it syncs my pictures to my computer but i cant sync my pictures to my iphone and i dont see a list of my music i can drag a song from a fold to my iphone thats it. i need help i want to sync my pictures to my iphone and edit the songs on it too. please help!

You need itunes. Download it from apple.com

when i plug my iphone into my pc i get a message saying that the sim is not authorised (obviously as it is a vodaphone sim) everything else is working good and as an experiment i dragged and dropped all my itunes library onto phone but now i can;t get the track i dont want back off it! help please!
