    1. It is an OTB 1.1.3 It has a new bootloader no you cannot.
    2. It just came out today, no one has it yet, so we do not know if there were any more changes under the hood.
    Hope this helps.

There was report that the bootloader has not changed and is still 4.6 MS32 according to another thread. So if thats the bootloader you can downgrade it using the hardware method and testpoints.

But is the hardware internally the same?

Since All of the newer phone comiing OTB, can a ___sim made for 1.1.2 phones work on OTB 1.1.3 since they have the same boot loader and baseband?

Um... unlock FW 1.1.3 but you can only use it as a phone under FW 1.1.2?

This is what they call unlocking 1.1.3?

Default I don't think OTB 1.1.3 is unlockable

I think you will need to wait until 1.1.4 (as long as 1.1.4 introduces a baseband upgrade).

To do the testpoint bootloader downgrade you need to have the secpack from the modem firmware above the current version, as the bootloader will only validate the firmware above it, not behind it. So, you will need to wait until 1.1.4 is released and geohot or someone has extracted the secpack and then you can unlock your 16 gig iphone
Want some help PM me and ill answer it asap

My iphone was 1.1.2 OTB 4.6 (04.02.13) than, bb erased- so out of order.
    Now is- 1.1.3 4.6 (04.02.13)
I can use with any GSM sim card. So, it IS unlocked. New way works perfectly. Thanks to the "homepage" of modmyi :-)
