udpating to 1.1.3 from firmware file on computer
|
Hi
I have a small problem running the Dev Team 1.1.3 update.I can download the firmware update file via my browser, but when I try to get it on my phone via the Dev Team manual method,, it just times out trying to download the file. Must be some firewall issue or something that I can't work out.
It is a problem that I only have at home, tried it at my brother's place and the file downloaded fine. But I don't want to have to go to my bros place every time I want to update a phone :-)
Have even had my ISP reset my IP address on their end, but that doesn't kick in for a day or so. I was wondering if there was a way to tell the /install.sh command to get the file from my computer instead of having to download it ???
Any ideas or suggestions would be most welcome :-)
