    Exclamation Incorect Sim Please Help Help

    My iphone was on 1.1.3 then I downgraded to 1.1.1 using itunes then I use AppTapp Instaler > after thet I got message INCORECT SIM Insert an unlocked and valid SIM to activate iphone.

    How can I fix this problem .
