problem with jailbreaking a 1.1.3

i'm new in iphone unloking
i have this problem ....
i got an iphone
to unlock
but when i turn on
i don't see the screen of the world
the screen is the one
to connect the phone to itunes

Does it have the "Slider" at the bottom to make emergency calls? When you plug it in to your computer does iTunes tell you to restore it? Do you know what week the phone is or what firmware it has on it?

If iTunes tells you to restore you can hold the SHIFT key and click on restore (in Windows) to select the firmware you want to write to the phone. I'd recommend starting with the 1.1.1 firmware, follow the jailbreak steps which are well documented on this site, and then check under "Settings -> General -> About -> Modem Firmware" to find out what the phone has been updated to in the past.

the problem is when you make the call
after all the process you push hold > decline
there must have to opened a tex block

but in my iphone send me to the principal screen

Woah. I dont think Ive ever seen that. Try reinstalling the firmware. What happens when you plug it up USB to the pc? Put the phone in restore mode and try reinstalling the FW

In order to know which route you need to go unlocking the phone you need to know what FW came with it out of the box.
