Please Help iphone i think 1.1.3

ok so lets start by explaining this story the other day i was playing golf and i found this iphone right i took the sim card out and smashed it lol messed up but i did it and its done, so the iphone was unlocked and all dandy and what not. i could just use all the apps and the internet and the camera and all taht just no edge and no phone. my idiot friend accidently upgraded it to 1.1.3 and it locked the phone. he downgraded back top some firmware but not positive which one. i just upgraded back to i think 1.1.3 and now we can even use the *#301# call , hold, decline method to use the wifi idk what to do and i really just wanna unlock this phone can someone please help me i went throught like 20 tutorials already please helpp

Look on the back of the phone and let me know the first 5 digits of the serial number and that will tell a lot. Or PM me or email me at frnkpwrs at gmail dot com. I would be happy to help. If it was software unlocked, thats easy. LOL, lets just hope you didnt smash the Turbo Sim with the simcard, LOL
