How to Know an OTB iphone

Hi all...
Though i;m just a newbie here... i've been reading along other threads and am a bit confused cuz right now i cant tell if my fone is an OTB phone or not..

but i have a firmware 04.02.13_G.

Can sum1 clear me out here a bit and give me a good guide on how to go bout unlocking it..

i also have this china3GGp sim...
