Interesting. I just upgraded 2 1.1.4 phones to 2.0.1. One went without a hitch and the other I got all kinds of 1601/1600 etc errors. The only difference is I did one on my xp system (no problems) and the other on a Vista system. I could not get it to recognize DFU on the Vista. Had to do it on the XP system.
