1.1.3 upgrade screw up Help please!

I have a jailbroken 1.1.2 phone with a sealthsim card.
I was using the Haklabs method and it was going well
until I was at the point of using the installers 1.1.3 soft upgrade
got until half complete and then the picture of the iphone cable
connect to Itunes came up.....now the phone is stuck on this picture

can anyone give this stupid rookie some help ?? Thanks!

You can try using iBrickr to kick the phone out of recovery mode. Or just restore using iTunes.

Thanks...ibricker just hangs on "checking your phone"
and itunes has an "unknown error (1604) can't restore"
any other ideas????
