BootNeuter Failing

So I unlocked my original iPhone with 1.1.4 and when it got to the bootneuter part it fails with a error 5. I read somewhere that means it has the wrong baseband so since I had installer on there, I connected through wifi got baseband erase, erased it, put the custom firmware back on my iphone like the instructions I read. and still fails. Can anyone help me and tell me what im doing wrong?
