I hate to ask but any help is greatly appreciated

I am selling my iphone 2g and am getting a 3g..Problem the person buying my 2g wants me to unlock it.

Firmware 1.1.4 as of right now i restored it and have not jailbroken it or anything.

i will be using winpwn 2.0.0.3

questions:

1) What do i do with bootloader and baseband?

2) Do i need to do anything with the sim card?

3) is there anything else i should be aware of?


ps i am a pretty fast learner but am very cautious so if you could break it down as simple as possible it will be greatly appreciated.

my friend wants to trade 2g iphones wit me because his is all scratched and when we switch the sim cards there is no service i was just wondering what i would have to do to switch phones wit him
