jailbroken 2.0 without cydia...can i still put it on?

i successfully upgraded to 2.0 with winpwn, and had cydia. Everything was fine until i opened cydia and had to install critical updates..but exited out during them because i got a phone call. Now my question is can i put cydia back on because it is not working? The phone does not have ssh either so im not sure if im going to have to downgrade and do the whole process again. any help is much appreciated
