As from title , PLEASE USE IT ONLY FOR PUT INFO, how far is the sofware unlock now?

I try the unlock method, but it's only for person with a really good experience, and so i've dameged mine.

Anyhow i wish that this discussion is used for collect update and info for decide if make pratice to gain the required experince and try the Hardware way or whait for software solution
