would this HW unlock work with 4.6 bl 1.1.2 oob iphone?

Well, I just don't know how much longer I could wait for a software unlock for the 1.1.2 oob so I'm just starting to think of alternatives from the cheapest to the most expensive ones such as XSim's. Anyways I was looking for HW unlocks for iphone and I came across this one:
