iTunes 7.6 and unlocked 1.1.2

I've been reading around and everyone says iTunes 7.6 is ok with jailbroken Phones but is it ok with unlocked 1.1.2 (anysim)?

I have a jailbroken 1.1.2 (OTB) and unlocked with Gevey Sim and iTunes 7.6 in my Mac.
I can use it with no problems.
I have automatic updates disabled (stay away from 1.1.3!!).
