So people constantly are posting pics of phones that are unlocked. great, wonderful, awesome... What good does a picture do without a method or instructions? We also don;t know if this is unlocked or just turbosim...

wonder if this is anything like the first Hw unlocks... if so then thats not bad ... but if you have to unsolder chips and use external programmers.. then yeah .. I dont see this being a good way to unlock haha

im confused
it said that they can only run unlocked iPhone w/ BL 4.6 on FW1.1.2 we BB of 1.1.3
then why are they showing us a pic of FW 1.1.3 w/ a BB of 1.1.3?

so this means you have to take apart your iphone, void the warranty, and maybe ruin it permanantly?

1.1.3 Baseband has been upgraded and there has been no word if the new OTB 1.1.3 iPhones are coming with a new bootloader. So you're 50-100% wrongif we find a way to unlock 1.1.3 then 1.1.2 oob will be unlocked as well seeing as how they are essentially the same thing (when speaking baseband and bootloader)

ok, well excuse me. let me say this, 1.1.3 will come with the new bootloader. If not, apple is stupid. I made an assumption (most likely a correct one) that the 1.1.3 phones will come with the new bootloader. Plus the point I was making is that if the new bootloader has been cracked then the old one will be doable too. Not sure how that made me 50-100% wrong though

Well...your initial post made the implication that they have the same BB and Bootloader.
Hence, since we KNOW there's a new baseband, there's your guaranteed 50% wrong. We don't know whether its a different bootloader than 4.6, so if it is, you could be 100% wrong. :P
However, if by "essentially" you meant that they are very similar, then you really need to tell us how they're essentially the same, and moreover, howe you found this out.
