Need Big Time help

O.k i upgraded my iphone to 2.0 and of course it screwed my phone up, after a week i actually got the screen back up and could play MP3's (yay) only problem was i couldn't dial out or get a cellular signal. I then tried to lower the baseband no luck on that i got an error saying that bootloader 3.9_m3s2 and it can't change the baseband/ loader. So what can i do to use my phone i'm desperate i have not been able to use my phone since July 11th. Thanks in advance

Try DFU mode for iphone and restore from iTunes.
