Probably no real way to get the money back, honestly. You can send money to anyone over paypal by choice and unless the money was sent through ebay or some sort of "purchase" source. The link we are able to see is just a donation link. Ah well, sucks what people will do for money

Well, only because it hasn't be confirmed or confirmed false. give it a couple days... once its been a while (idk a week or two?) without an answer we will know its a scam.
