1.1.2 jailbroken/unlocked iphone/want to upgrade to 1.1.4

im unlocked at 1.1.2 and would love to upgrade to 2.0. My itunes won't recognize my iphone. (i have no idea why) and also won't open youtube. It used to but one day that part died. RIP. Please help! Forgive our ignorance. But if we knew why would we be here?
