Dont know if phone will work on network.

Ok so I have family in the states that lives in the Czech Republic. He wants to buy my 1.1.4 Iphone from me to take advantage of the low price in comparison to CZ. I dont know if I will be able to set the phone up to work on the CZ Vodafone network that they already have a plan with.

I know Apple and Vodafone just made a deal and it will be available for him to buy soon but, the phone there will cost him 4x more.

Any help would be great. Thanks
