Shift and restore.... Stuck

I uninstalled itunes then installed the 7.5 itunes, held it for 10 seconds. never saw that i had to rename itunes file inside the itunes folder. my installation of 7.5 itunes went thru with no problems, unlike the videos on youtube. When i got to the part where you hit shift and then click on restore, i did that selected the 1.1.4. firmware and it started to install. But this is where im stuck, i got a error message with a number of 1015. and now on my iphone its stuck on a picture thats shows the plug and a music file icon. I cant get it this off the screen. Did a reset and still nothing.

Can anyone tell me where i went wrong, or pass me a link to something that might be of help, or even tell me of a program to download that can undo this.........
