Is this right, week 42 but 1.1.2 otb?
I was given an iphone for Xmas (o2 uk) I just found out the version is 04.02.13_G = 1.1.2 but the phone has serial No 7U742......
I'm not too bother about unlocking it right now, I will jailbrake to i1.1.2 and use with a pyg o2 sim card for the time being.
I guess the only way to find out if this phone is unlockable right now is to check the bootloader, right?
Can anyone comment on this please?
Thanks in advance.

I'm now using my iPhone and loving it
Everything works fine!!!
Last night I followed one of the many tutorials to downgrade a 1.1.2 otb iphone to 1.1.1, jailbrake, upgrade to 1.1.2 and jailbrake again.
I'm still on o2 UK contract but an inexpensive contract which is what I wanted anyway. I could have taken the PAYG route but I've always had contracts... If I can ever unlock it then I will be able to use it abroad with a different SIM card but that would be just a bonus.
