Can't get help by asking NEW deal 50.00 to whoever gets me up and runnig

I purchase the 3g. I want my son to have my old iphone. I now have an old iphone 1.1.4, and my sons sim from his razor. When I hit restore I get icons, and than it states waiting for activation. I have tried hold home and power, using zip tried hitting jailbreak, unlock and activate that takes me to a screen showing the usb heading up to itunes. I read and tried all I could find. I will pay 50.00 through paypal if someone get me up and running. Please private message me if you think you can help. I'm 47, and would never cheat anyone, so please if you can help and could use 50.00 pm me.
