    We know that many iphones will be sell unlocked, right? If I unlock my iphone 3g (2.0), could I do my updates without fear? sorry by the english...

    You'll need to unlock each time you update, provided that there is an unlock available for that update.

    Offical unlocked phones are detected differently by iTunes to unofficial unlocked phones.
