If anyone could please help or guide me to the right direction on How to Unlock/Activate iPhone which came with 1.1.2 out of the Box. Thanks.

There's no way to unlock an out of the box 1.1.2 iPhone at the moment. Read the stickies in this forum for more information.

If you just took it out of the box, you should have an activation screen
You need to downgrade to 1.1.1, jailbreak, and thats as far as you can go
the best you can do is have a nice iTouch until the unlock method appears

If you are on WINDOWS, use ibrickr instead of independece after you restore (Boot the phone on Ibrickr)
