I have 1.1.2 jailbreak on my phone... if i want to restore it do i just sync, restore to 1.1.2, then sync again?

i would probably sync the phone to iTunes and then restore it, it puts the phone back to factory settings and breaks all third party applications (which come from jailbreaking)
