Help me, 1.1.1 don't jailbreak

Hello,
i do all steps for upgrade my iphone to 1.1.1 but jailbreakme.com can't install appsnap
after i upgrade from 1.0.2 to 1.1.1 my IME has been change and jailbreakme.com can't jailbreak my phone.

please,help me ...

get your firmware from

dont open the package use it as is
apple corrected 1.1.1 to fix the safari exploit so it is unusable
use the one from the above address
also go to users/your name/Library/Lockdown
and empty whatever is in there ,dont delete the folder
once you have done that it should work
