Whats the easiest way to upgrade from OTB 1.1.1 to unlocked 1.1.2?

I have an OTB 1.1.1

Never activated or connected to computer or anything.

What is the fastest/simplest way to upgrade to 1.1.2 and unlock?

I need to unlock this on Windows XP Laptop.

I already know how to unlock 1.1.1 but I need to upgrade to 1.1.2 and unlock.

This phone has the 3.9 Bootloader.
